Heath Ledger died this week. So big bleeping deal what?
I know that's mean. Our local paper carried that story where it belongs, on page 2.
On the front page was a story about a 7 year old girl that was murdered.
To me, that is sadder than any Hollyweird idiot.
You see, this girl was murdered in September. She was left home alone by her 22 year old mother [do that math on that 22-7=15]This child/mother left the house late at night with a man that she knew because the poor baby had one serious nicotine fit and had to get some fresh cancer sticks. They left this kid alone.
ALONE??? Who does something like that?????
When they got back, there were mysterious bloody handprints on the wall, and the kid was dead and had been wrapped up in a blanket.
Now, I'm not going to use this forum to speculate on the obvious whoduntit aspects of this situation
I'll say this though. Why is our culture so fixated like a dog looking at its dinner plate before it's put in front him, with Hollywood?
I know, I know actors are bright and shiney but forget those screwed up idiots.
In your community, no matter where you read this from, there are children being killed.
I am reminded of what Pastor Greg Surratt once taught about prayer.
There are three types of prayer he said:
"Oh God, oh God, oh God"
"Help!"
and
"OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD HEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP!!!!!"
I suggest that with a 7 year old being murdered by an "unknown" suspect while her child/mother was out with a "friend" getting help with her cancer goals, it's time we lean towards the 3rd type.

I think you are completely right in what you say. Murder is soooo much more important than Hollywood.
sorry didn't mean for that to be anonymous
